Dans cet article&#x002C; nous r\u00e9sumons dans un tableau le type de vaccin recommand\u00e9 pour chaque groupe cible.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style='color:black;'><span style='font-family:;' calibri'&#x002C;sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;'='' lang='FR'>La valeur ajout\u00e9e du vaccin \u00e0 haute dose par rapport au vaccin non adjuvant\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9e dans diverses RCT&#x002C; tandis que la valeur ajout\u00e9e du vaccin adjuvant\u00e9 repose uniquement sur une m\u00e9ta-analyse d\u2019\u00e9tudes observationnelles.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style='color:black;'><span style='font-family:;' calibri'&#x002C;sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;'='' lang='FR'><strong>Commentaire du CBIP\u00a0:<\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style='font-family:;' calibri'&#x002C;sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;'='' lang='FR'>Tous les vaccins antigrippaux actuels conf\u00e8rent une protection partielle contre l\u2019infection grippale&#x002C; mais leur impact sur la morbidit\u00e9 et sur la mortalit\u00e9 reste incertain.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style='font-family:;' calibri'&#x002C;sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;'='' lang='FR'>En valeurs absolues&#x002C; le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice suppl\u00e9mentaire du vaccin \u00e0 haute dose ou du vaccin \u00e0 dose standard adjuvant\u00e9 par rapport au vaccin \u00e0 dose standard non adjuvant\u00e9 reste limit\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style='font-family:;' calibri'&#x002C;sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;'='' lang='FR'>Lors du choix du vaccin pour un patient individuel&#x002C; il reste important de tenir compte du b\u00e9n\u00e9fice clinique attendu&#x002C; du co\u00fbt et de la pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence du patient.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Avis du CSS<\/h2>\n<p><span style='font-family:;' calibri'&#x002C;sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;'='' lang='FR'>Dans son avis (cf. <\/span><a href='https:\/\/www.hgr-css.be\/fr\/avis\/9897\/vaccination-contre-la-grippe-saisonniere-saison-2026-2027'><span style='font-family:;' calibri'&#x002C;sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;'='' lang='FR'>Avis\u00a09897 du CSS&#x002C; 2026<\/span><\/a><span style='font-family:;' calibri'&#x002C;sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;'='' lang='FR'>)&#x002C; le Conseil Sup\u00e9rieur de la Sant\u00e9 d\u00e9finit les groupes \u00e0 risque pour lesquels la vaccination antigrippale est recommand\u00e9e ou doit \u00eatre envisag\u00e9e. Les deux \u00e9tudes ont \u00e9valu\u00e9 l\u2019effet du vaccin antigrippal \u00e0 haute dose sur les hospitalisations par rapport au vaccin \u00e0 dose standard non adjuvant\u00e9. Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice absolu du vaccin \u00e0 haute dose ou du vaccin \u00e0 dose standard adjuvant\u00e9 par rapport au vaccin \u00e0 dose standard non adjuvant\u00e9 est limit\u00e9&#x002C; bien que l\u2019effet puisse \u00eatre pertinent au niveau de la population.
